Executive Sales Representative Dental
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting monthly sales targets and customer reach targets.
- Scheduling regular appointments with potential Dental Clinics, Doctors, and Customers’ Procurement Management.
- Promoting the company’s portfolio to customers by increasing product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Presenting products and product functions to potential customers.
- Following up on order replenishment when deemed necessary at store level.
- Keeping up-to-date on new developments in the market to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
Educational Qualification
- Requirements / Skills / Qualifications
- High school diploma, bachelor's, or associate's degree preferred.
- Must have a valid Bahrain driver's license.
- Proficient in English, Arabic, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Persuasive and resilient.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving.
- Product knowledge.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Technical understanding
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience Requirements
- Only candidates with a strong background in dental product sales with an established customer base.
